COVID-19 epidemic (Version 1.1) according to Decision No. 1405/QD-BTTTT.
Accordingly, this document stipulates the technical requirements for the personal QR code display module, guidance on the issuance and use of personal QR codes in room service technology platforms and applications, fight against COVID-19. Also according to regulations, each individual using COVID-19 prevention and control platforms and applications is granted a personal QR code. This personal QR code can be used for authorized individuals and organizations to read and query relevant data for COVID-19 disease prevention and control. With this regulation, the display and use of a single individual QR code is uniform across all platforms and applications in order to create maximum convenience for each citizen and agencies and organizations when performing professional tasks COVID-19 prevention and control. People can choose to install and use platforms and applications that provide personal QR codes to suit their needs and do not need to install many different applications.
Platforms and applications, when deployed for COVID-19 prevention and control, need to meet the technical requirements in this document. According to regulations, platforms serving the provision and management of personal QR codes need to comply with Regulation No. 733/QC-BCD dated May 13, 2020 of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Disease Prevention and Control on management. The focal point for organizing the reception and assessment is the National Center for Technology for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
